Must Use QBO Item ID on Invoice Lines​

The QBO Item Id is required to connect an Invoice Line to the Proper Item. Using the Item Name is not enough. Set the "Line.SalesItemLineDetail.ItemRef.value" to the QBO Id. By QBO Id we mean QuickBooks Online's Id for the Item.
